Renowned as the “king of flavors” in the GTA, Mr. Kulvinder Mann began his culinary adventure in Poland, Europe. Through relentless dedication and passion, he successfully launched two high-end shawarma restaurants, bringing the rich, aromatic tastes of the middle eastern spice bazaars to life.
But his journey didn’t stop there.
Carrying the spirit of the spice route across continents, he arrived in Canada and established a series of celebrated Indian dining experiences- SARDARJI, TIKKA LOUNGE, MASTANI AND MALAI each known for its bold flavors and vibrant ambiance.
Driven by a desire to reintroduce the authentic taste of the middle east, Mr. Kulvinder Mann launched my shawarma, a fast-growing culinary brand where every dish tells a story- a story rooted in heritage, flavor and discovery.
